The frequency of visits required depends strongly on the conditions that the equipment has to operate under. For example, equipment situated in a bedroom should only need one annual maintenance visit to clean the filters and condensing units.
However, due to F-
A minimum of one maintenance visit per annum is required, dependant on the amount of refrigerant in the system.
However, equipment situated in places such as kitchens may need 2/3 visits due to the atmosphere.
All maintenance visits are carried out by experienced, professional engineers and you will be supplied with a maintenance report by the engineer at the end of each visit. The engineer will be happy to answer any questions you may have about maintaining your equipment or any of our other services that you may be interested in.

Regular maintenance visits can be arranged over the phone for equipment that we have installed and a free site visit is required to assess the extent of maintenance needed on equipment that we have not installed. However, we welcome and treat both circumstances equally.
